February 2009

1.Construction has begun on the View condominium project and preparations are beginning for the site infrastructure.

2.Samui Emerald Condominiums has begun construction and the piling for the 1st block is now complete.

January 2009

2. SPM have been engaged to managed the design and construction of Mandalay garden hotel.

3. SPM have opened a new office in Phnom Penh ( Cambodia ) to cater directly for our projects in Phnom Penh and Sihanoukville.

4. SPM have finished the construction of Phase 1 at the Baan Asarn project in December.

5. SPM is overseeing the start of Samui Emerald construction in 2 weeks. ( January 2009 )

November 2008

1. SPM announces the opening of the new engineering sub office at Leam Sor, Koh Samui to facilitate the large infrastructure projects that SPM are managing in the south of Koh Samui.

2. SPM have been engaged to manage the design and construction of an exciting new 100 Rai luxury villa project in the Bo Phut region of Koh Samui.

3. SPM have started construction of the Mandalay Garden Resort project in Choeng Mon, Koh Samui.

4. SPM have started construction of the Samui Emerald project in Plai Leam, Koh Samui.

5. The Aqualina show villa has been completed on schedule this month.

October 2008

1. SPM are currently engaged in the full project management for the new construction of condominiums in Plai Leam.

2. SPM have been engaged in a 22 Rai luxury villa development for Samahita Projects.
